Durch einen Auslandsaufenthalt möchte ich meine Wohnung temporär untermieten. Dazu gehören ein Balkon, Zugang zur Velogarage, Zugang zur Dachterasse und Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung.

Möbel sind vorhanden (gemäss Layout-Plan).

Start- und Enddatum sind etwas verhandelbar. Idealerweise für mich wäre vom 1. Februar - 30. April.

Heiz-, Strom- und Wasserkosten sind inbegriffen.

Due to a temporary work relocation I would like to sublet my apartment temporarily. It includes a balcony, access to the bike garage, access to the rooftop terrace and a washing machine directly in the apartment.

Furniture is included (according to layout plan).

Start and end date are somewhat negotiable. Ideally for me it would be 1. April - 30. April.
