Studio récent, parfaitement équipé et très bien isolé situé au Chemin de la Forêt 24, Ecublens VD, à 5 min. en voiture de l'EPFL-UNIL et du lac Léman. Idéal pour une personne ou un couple. Le studio comprend une chambre à coucher, une salle de bains avec douche, et une jolie petite terrasse extérieure. Il est également équipé d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four et d'un réfrigérateur avec congélateur.

Le loyer comprend également une cave individuelle dans le sous-sol (possibilité d?y mettre des skis). Le bâtiment dispose aussi de deux lave-linges et un sèche-linge.

Ma copine et moi avons vécu ici ensemble pendant nos stages à l'EPFL, et nous en sommes très contents.

Transports :
L'arrêt de métro d'Epenex et la gare de Renens sont à moins de 5 min. à pied.
5 min. en voiture de l'EPFL-UNIL.

Supermarchés :
Migros à 500 m (ouvert tous les jours de 6h à 23h)
Coop Pronto à 500 m (également ouvert tous les jours, de 5h à 00h.)
Centre commercial Croset Centre (avec un Coop, pharmacies, boulangerie) à 2 min. en voiture / 24 min. à pied.

Sport :
Non Stop Gym à 2 min. en voiture / 5 min. à pied.
Vaudoise Aréna (piscine olympique, patinoire, escrime) à 8 min. en voiture.
Centre sportif UNIL- EPFL Dorigny à 20 min. en voiture.

Autre :
Le WiFi n'est pas inclus dans le prix.
Possibilité de louer une place de parking couverte à 80 CHF/mois.

Newly built, fully equipped and well-insulated studio located at Chemin de la Forêt 24, Ecublens VD, 5 minutes by car from EPFL-UNIL and Lake Leman. Ideal for one person or a couple. The studio comprises a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a lovely little outdoor terrace. It is also equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge with freezer.

The rent also includes a private cellar in the basement (where you can store skis). The building also has two washing machines and a tumble dryer.

My girlfriend and I lived here together during our internships at EPFL, and we are very happy with it.

Here are some additional details about the studio.

Transport: 
The Epenex metro stop and Renens train station are less than a 5-minute walk away.
5 minutes by car from EPFL-UNIL. 

Supermarkets:
Migros 500 metres away (open every day from 6 a.m. to 23 p.m., which is very rare in Lausanne)
Coop Pronto 500 metres away (also open every day from 5 a.m. to midnight)
Croset Centre shopping centre (with a Coop, pharmacies, bakery) 2 minutes by car / 24 minutes by walk. 

Sport:
