Hallo zusammen,

Da ich für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe, möchte ich gerne meine grosse & helle 4-Zimmer-Dachwohnung in der Breite (in Rheinnähe) ab Ende Oktober/Anfang November für 4 - 6 Monate untervermieten.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet, bei Bedarf kann ich auch noch ein zweites Bett organisieren. Wir haben einen grossen, sonnigen Balkon, und noch einen zweiten, kleineren, in den Innenhof. Die Leute im Haus sind wunderbar und ich bin sicher, Ihr werdet Sie schätzen ??

Mit dem Tram oder Bus seid Ihr in 10 Minuten in der Stadt, mit dem Velo in 5. Es gibt einen Coop und eine Apotheke sowie einen Späti, alles gleich um die Ecke.

MIetzins mit allem ist 11000 Franken pro Monat.

As I am going abroad for a few months, I would like to sublet my large & bright 4-room attic flat in the Breite area of Basel, for 4 - 6 months from the end of October/beginning of November.

The flat is furnished and fully equipped, if necessary I can also organise a second bed. We have a large, sunny balcony, and a second smaller one facing the courtyard. The people in the house are wonderful and I am sure you will appreciate them ??

You can be in the city in 10 minutes by tram or bus and 5 minutes by bike. There is a Coop and a pharmacy as well as a late night shop, all just around the corner. You are at the RIver in 1 Minute < 4

The rent (all-included) is 11000 francs per month.
