I currently live in a 2.5 (55m2 + balcony) in a superb location in Wollishofen. The. location offers great public transportation connections, such as Bahnhof Wollishofen (650m), Tram 7 (150m) and bus 72 (door step). Supermarkets (Migros at the door step, Denner around the corner, Aldi at 450m and Coop at 550m).
The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, separate kitchen, bathroom (with bath tub) and balcony.
I am looking for a 3 or more rooms apartment. My preferred locations are (respectively) 8003, 8004, 8002 and 8008. Could also consider 8055 and 8038. Balcony and dishwasher are non-negotiable. I would also prefer to have my own washing/tumbler in the apartment as well as a shower (instead of a bathtub). I am opened for a temporary and permanent exchange.
