Da wir auf Reisen gehen, vermieten wir unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befristet von Mitte März bis Ende Juli 2025 unter.
Zur Wohnung:
Wenn du ein ruhiges, gemütliches und helles Zuhause suchst, wird dir unsere Wohnung gefallen. Die Wohnung im obersten Stock des Hauses verfügt über 3 abschliessbare, grosszügige Zimmer und hat einen grossen Balkon mit Abendsonne. Die Küche mit Spühlmaschine und das Bad mit Badewanne sorgen für Entspannung auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine (mit unkompliziertem Waschplan), Tumbler und ein Trocknungsraum befinden sich im Keller.
Wir stellen eine vollständig möblierte Wohnung (ca. 70 m2) zur Verfügung, die Platz für ein Paar oder zwei Einzelpersonen (da zwei Betten) bietet. Haustiere sind in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Lage:
Wir wohnen direkt am Naherholungsgebiet Limmatufer (2 Minuten zum Fluss). Trotzdem erreichst du das Stadtzentrum (Kreis 4/5) schnell und unkompliziert: Die Wohnung ist 10 Gehminuten von der Tramhaltestelle ""Frankental"" (Tram 13) und 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle ""Oberengstringen, Eggbühl"" (Bus 304) entfernt. Mit dem Velo gelangst du innert 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum (alles flacher Veloweg).
Wir suchen:
- ein Paar oder zwei Einzelpersonen (max. 2 Personen)
- mit einem sauberen Lebensstil und Wertschätzung für ein gepflegtes Zuhause
- mit grünem Daumen: wir haben einige Pflanzen, die etwas Zuneigung brauchen.
- nicht-Raucher:innen
Ein Betreibungsregisterauszug ist bei Vertragsunterzeichnung vorzulegen.
Kosten:
Die Wohnung kostet monatlich CHF 2100.– (inkl. NK, Internet). Zudem ist eine Kaution von einer Monatsmiete vor dem Wohnungsbezug zu hinterlegen.

As we are travelling, we are renting out our 3-room flat for a limited period from mid-March to the end of July 2025.
About the flat:
If you are looking for a quiet, cosy and bright home, you will like our flat. The flat on the top floor of the house has 3 lockable, spacious rooms and a large balcony with evening sun. The kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom with bathtub provide relaxation on different levels. The shared washing machine (with an uncomplicated washing schedule), tumble dryer and drying room are located in the basement.
We provide a fully furnished flat (ca. 70m2) that can accommodate a couple or two singles (as there are two beds). Pets are not allowed in the flat.
Location:
We live directly on the Limmatufer recreation area (2 minutes to the river). Nevertheless, you can reach the city centre (district 4/5) quickly and easily: The flat is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Frankental’ tram stop (tram 13) and 5 minutes from the ‘Oberengstringen, Eggbühl’ bus stop (bus 304). You can reach the city centre by bike within 20 minutes (flat cycle path).
We are looking for:
- a couple or two single persons (max. 2 persons)
- with a clean lifestyle and appreciation for a well-kept home
- with green fingers: we have some plants that need some affection.
- non-smokers
An extract from the debt collection register must be presented when signing the contract.
Costs:
The flat costs CHF 2100 per month (incl. utilities, internet). In addition, a deposit of one month's rent must be paid before moving in.
