This one-bedroom apartment within a newly built residential setting is located in Cama, making it the perfect base both for a stop-over from traveling to the south or north of Switzerland and for visiting neighboring Ticino: it is only 30 minutes from Locarno and San Bernardino.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright living room, consisting of the TV area with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night and the dining area with a table for 4 for eating together. Next to it is the modern kitchen, complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home.

The master bedroom is comfortable and furnished with a closet for storing your luggage. Concluding the apartment is a bathroom with a shower.

A set of towels is included in the living room for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for a breakfast.

The apartment you have a private parking space.

Smoking is forbidden.
