Wir suchen 1-2 Untermieter/innen für unsere wunderschöne, gemütliche und möblierte 3-Zimmerwohnung für Februar 2025. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar, könnte jedoch auch als WG genutzt werden. Sie bietet genug Platz, um auch mal Gäste zu empfangen, und hat alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig direkt am Schaffhauserplatz, wo es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zugang zum ÖV gibt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 6 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt.
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet (LTE). Bei Bedarf/Interesse kann ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür für 170 CHF/Monat dazu gemietet werden.

We are looking for 1-2 subtenants for our beautiful, cozy and furnished 3-room apartment for January and February 2025. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but could also be used as a shared apartment. It offers enough space to host guests and has everything you need to feel at home. It is in a very quiet location and at the same time directly at Schaffhauserplatz, where there are all shopping facilities and access to public transport. The main train station HB zürich can be reached in 6 minutes by Tram.
The rent includes utilities and internet (LTE). If required/interested, a parking space can be rented directly in front of the front door for CHF 170/month.
