I am leaving my modernly furnished room in a 3-person shared flat located in the quiet neighborhood of Oerlikon (Langfurren 11), as I've found a home closer to my workplace.

**About the Apartment:**

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building and includes:
• A hall, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, and three bedrooms.
• Modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies.
My room is the **cheapest** of the three bedrooms. The room will be provided fully furnished with modern furniture, with no additional payments required.

**Location Highlights:**

• **3 minutes' walk** to tram lines **10 and 14**, which take you directly to the main station, the airport, and other key locations.
• **6 minutes' walk** (or 1 tram stop) to **Milchbuck**, offering connections to multiple tram and bus lines for excellent city-wide access.
• **Irchel Park**, located near Milchbuck, is perfect for relaxing, jogging, or enjoying the fresh air.
• Several supermarkets are within walking distance, with even more just a short tram ride away.

**About the Flatmates:**
• **Amelie (23, F)**: A respectful, clean, and fun German girl who recently completed her master's in physics at ETH. She occupies the middle-sized room.
• **Larger Room**: Currently vacant; we are also searching for a new tenant for this room.

**Additional Information:**
• The neighborhood is peaceful, with friendly neighbors.
• Mr. Green, a service responsible for recycling all materials, is fully covered by the landlord
• The landlord is approachable
