We are a WG and have 2- 3 rooms to rent in the beautiful area of Männedorf / Stäfa at the Goldcoast lake Zurich. We offer short and longterm rental options. Rooms available with balkony and lake view. The house and rooms are furnished, it is possible to bring your own bedroom furniture, to be discussed.



Great public transportation, train, bus, lake shuttle to Wädenswil and Ferry to Horgen or roundtrips and single stops, 20-25 min to Zurich Stadelhofen and Mainstation,

everything in walking distance, shopping, cafes, the lake parks, ect.

We have beautiful panorama hikes and organic farms shops close to the house.

Our house is in a quiet area, next to nature, has a garden, balkony, patio, living room, movement and meditation room and beautiful lake view.

It is great for students, exchange students, expats, weekly resident or full time resident and anyone else.

We also rent an office space and a yoga / soundbath / music room.

Musicians are welcome, as it is allowed to play instruments and a future planned music studio.



Rent: between 1050.-- to 1250.-- depending on wicht room.

hourly rent for yoga ect. or the office space on request.



You must love cats

as we have our lovely Champ.
