Hi!
From the beginning of February 2025 a beautiful, furnished room of 12.50 m2 is available in an apartment for three in Zurich, Schwamendingen (Kreis 12) for 780 CHF (all included). The room is available till the end of August 2025 or for minimum one year (till end of January 2026).
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a small living room. The common areas and the bedroom in question can be seen in the photos.
The apartment is in a tranquil area and 5min walking distance from Schwamendingerplatz where one can find various shops (Migros, Coop, Denner), a post office, a pharmacy, the tram (lines 7 and 9) and bus stop. The main station of Zurich is reachable in 18min.
With a 10 min walk you can reach a nice green area where it is possible to stroll or do sports in the open air.
If you are looking for a party WG this is probably not the place for you. We look forward to sharing our living space with a kind, calm, respectful, non-smoker male student that currently resides in Switzerland.
