Nice to see you taking the time to check out our listing. Looking for new flatmates is always an exciting time, at least for those who have a room to offer. We are looking forward to getting to know you and want to give you the best chances to move in with us. To do that, we need your help: please read the ad carefully and send us a short message with some info about yourself if you're interested, e.g.

The room:

* Area 14 m²
* Move-in from 01.03.2025 (optional from mid-February)
* Can (but doesn't have to) be taken over furnished
* Built-in wardrobes in the hallway in front of the room

The apartment:

* Bright design with floor-to-ceiling windows
* A fully equipped kitchen
* A furnished kitchen-living room with particularly high ceilings
* Parking spaces in the garage can be booked separately

The flatmates:

* We are a German-Chinese mix (29 & 32 years) and speak English with each other
* We are friendly, helpful, and respect privacy
* We like to do fitness courses in the living room

The location:

* 3 min to the Felsenrainstrasse stop
* 15 min to Zurich Airport
* 10 min to Oerlikon train station
* Migros and Coop within 10 min walking distance

Costs:

* Rent: 1295 CHF (all-in)
* Deposit: 0 CHF
