Hello, I am looking for a friendly, clean, and communicative person (m/f) for a 2-person shared 3.5 room apartment.

I, Yiannis (m, 31), am looking for a new flatmate since my current flatmate is moving out.

The room is located in Höngg, (in the middle between Meierhofplatz and ETH Honggerberg), in a quiet and centrally located district (unfurnished with the option of buying some of the furniture at a low price if needed). It is bright, friendly and offers excellent public transport connections. In ~5 minutes walking distance you can find, ETH Honggerberg campus, Coop, Migros, Denner, post office, swimming pool, gym, tram line 13 and bus lines 80, 46, and 69.

I would like to organize the household as a team, so good and open communication is particularly important to me.
