Im Zentrum von Büren an der Aare vermieten wir diverse kleinere und grössere möblierte Zimmer mit WC / Dusche im Zimmer und einer Gemeinschaftsküche.

Die Monatsmieten der Zimmer inkl. Nebenkosten betragen zwischen CHF 750.- bis CHF 1'200 monatlich.

**Aktuelle freie Zimmer:**

**- Ab sofort ist ein kleineres Zimmer für CHF 800.00 und ein grösseres Zimmer für CHF 1`050.00 monatlich frei.**

Mietzinsdepot: Eine Monatsmiete.

Nebenkosten: Strom- Heizungs- und Wasserkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Internet: W-Lan vorhanden.

Toilette und Dusche im Zimmer.

Gemeinschaftsküche und Waschküche vorhanden.

Kündigungsfrist: kann jeweils per Ende Monat auf Ende des Folgemonats kündigen. (Ausgenommen am 31.12.)

Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Gebäude. Bahnhof ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

In the center of Büren an der Aare we rent various smaller and larger furnished rooms with a toilet/shower in the room and a shared kitchen.

The monthly rent for the rooms including additional costs is between CHF 750 and CHF 1,200 per month.

**- From now on, a smaller room is free for CHF 800.00 and a larger room for CHF 1,050.00 per month.**

Rent deposit: One month's rent.

Additional costs: Electricity, heating and water costs are included in the rental price.

Internet: WiFi available.

Toilet and shower in the room.

Shared kitchen and laundry room available.

Notice period: Can be terminated at the end of each month to the end of the following month. (Except on December 31st)

Bus stop right next to the building. Train station about 3 minutes walk away.
