I am are looking for a man or woman to replace me in a 3-person shared flat (WG). The flat is 109 m2, attractive, bright & sunny on Neunbrunnenstrasse 151, 8050 Oerlikon. The monthly rent is CHF 1,270 including Nebenkosten, Wifi and charges.

It's close at the same time from ETH and city center.

The flat has nice views and is near fields, forest & farm & good for outdoors life, walking, jogging, biking. In summer you can enjoy the balcony and its barbecue.

Aldi, Coop, Nonstop gym, bakery, Italian & sushi restaurant & Marriot Courtyard are 4 minutes away by bus a Max Bill Platz. Your room is 13 m2, nicely furnished & with a dedicated, own bathroom. We have private tumbler, washing machine and dishwasher.

You are friendly, open & non-smoking with experience living in shared accommodation. Keen to speak English with the flatmates. Which are a father and 17 year-old son (half-time there) from the UK/ Switzerland.

Good public transport connections. Travel time in minutes: 5 Oerlikon SBB, 15 Zürich HB, 16 Zürich Airport & CIRCL, 19 Prime Tower.

There are free places to park your bike or motorbike.
