2.5 Zimmerwohnung in Kreis 5 zur Untermiete

Für meine schöne 2.5 Zimmerwohnung suche ich ab dem 01.03.2025 eine:n Untermieter:in. Ich werde über den Frühling und Sommer nicht in Zürich sein und zum 15.09.2025 zurückkehren (spätestens). Möglich ist auch eine anteilige Untermiete.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kreis 5 und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (2 Tram-Stationen). In der Nähe gibt es einige Supermärkte und viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants. In 10 Minute ist man auch an der Badestelle "Oberer Letten".
Die gemeinsame Waschküche befindet sich im Keller (kein fester Waschplan). Ausserdem gibt es ein Estrichabteil. In der Küche habe ich eine Spülmaschine eingebaut.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my lovely 2.5 room flat from 01.03.2025. I will not be in Zurich for the spring and summer and will return at 15.09.2025 (latest). It's also possible to sublease until 31.08.2025. Let me know how it would work for you time-wise!
The flat is located centrally in the Kreis 5 district. Still, it's a relatively quiet location/neighborhood. You can reach Zurich main station by foot in 10 minutes or in 2 tram stops. A few super markets and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants are located nearby. It's also only 10 minutes to the open-air swimming area "Oberer Letten" which is very nice in summer.
There is a shared laundry room in the basement (no fixed plan). In the attic, there's a small storage space. I installed a dishwasher in the kitchen myself (does not belong to the landlord).
