Beautiful old building, completely renovated in 2020. Parquet flooring and new bathrooms as well as a modern kitchen. In addition to the living space on the 3rd floor, there is another approx. 30 m2 on the 4th floor (direct access via a staircase), from where you can also access the roof terrace. The 4th floor is not heated, but this is not a problem even in winter. We use the 4th floor as a guest room, storage and office.

Location: 5 minutes to the lake and Badi Enge, Museum Rietberg streetcar stop on the doorstep and in the immediate vicinity of Enge train station.

Room layout: Modern kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms plus 4th floor - total about 120m2.

Highlight: Roof terrace with views over the lake and the mountains, as well as the Uetliberg on the other side.

There are small extensions and cupboards on the 4th floor that we would like to hand over. The same applies to a closet in the bedroom.
