I (27, male) am looking for somebody to rent a room in my beautiful and spacious flat in Wollishofen, starting from July 1st (duration is flexible, but at least one full calendar month).

The pictures of the room itself are from March and thus a bit outdated. The room now contains a big wardrobe and a height-adjustable desk and a different curtain.

Very good connection to bus line 72, tram line 7 and the S8 and S24 trains.
Grocery shopping in walking distance (3 mins to Migros, 5 mins Coop). 15 mins by public to Zurich HB, 10 mins to Sihlcity.
The lake is in walking distance as well! :)

Speaking German and English.
