Hey there!
I'm looking for someone to fill my room in a two bedroom shared student flat in Zurich beginning around the 6th March. You will be living with one other person - Luis who is 24 and is currently doing a 6 month architecture internship. The flat is located in Schwamendingen very close to public transport and is only 20 minutes from the CBD.

The room is a very generous size, enough to fit a bed and a desk easily and also includes a built in robe. It also has access to the balcony.

Rent is 690 CHF / month and is inclusive of all bills (water, heating etc)

The building is only for student accommodation (also internships count!). It is scheduled for demolition in January 2026, so its available for around 10 months (but move out date earlier is also possible)
