I am looking for a flatmate in a 3.5 room’s apartment with spacious two double rooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is currently being furnished with brand new furniture’s, including the bedrooms.
Living space: 100 square meters + large balcony. Parking and underground garage are available.
Distance from the Bahnhof Pfäffikon SZ: 4 minutes. The bus stop is practically on the doorstep with bus lines no. 190 & 195.
Shared space: Living and dining room, kitchen. Parquet flooring in all rooms; open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; own washing tower; cellar compartment.
Expenses: all inclusive (e.g. electricity, fast broadband, cleaning, etc.).
About me: I am a professional working in banking and would like to share the apartment with one more person: only two people in total will be living in the apartment.
