Single room available to rent from May 1st 2025 in a beautiful, brand new apartment in Zurich, Manegg area.

The house is 133sqmt, divided in 4 single rooms of different dimensions between 17 and 20 sqmt, 2 bathrooms and a large, very bright open space with kitchen, dining room and living room, just next to a covered terrace. The existing furniture of the room is also available. Everything is brand new! The apartment has several amenities such as dishwasher, private washing machine and drier, parquet, floor heating system, very fast internet and very cheap energy bills (Minergie apartment). The total rent per room is 1380chf.

The house is brand new (2023), in a developing residential area just at the feet of Uetliberg. Despite the vicinity with the city center (10 minutes from HB!), you will feel immersed in nature and well connected to nice running routes (45 minutes walk to the top of Uetliberg). The closest SBB stop is Manegg, just one building away.

You will be co-living with me, Andrea (he), italian, 30 yo, working in corporate sales, with a pretty international background, a long record of co-living experiences, many interests and sport-addict. I am already happily living in the house and looking forward to creating a co-living context of sociality, cooperation, armony and fun. For this reason, I am looking for long term, solid-background flatmates giving special attention to a good "chemistry". The ideal candidate is either male or female, worker, age 25-35, open-minded, with some
experience of co-living and interested in cultivating good friendships with flatmates. The lifestyle of the house is a good balance between privacy and some together-time, either inside or outside. The "key principles" of the house are cleanliness, respect, cooperation, honesty. Rules are agreed together, duties are split in agreement, and any issue can be discussed openly with transparency and goodwill.
