The residence, newly built in 2016, offers a wellness area with indoor pool (sliding windows), two hot tubs, sauna and fitness room. The apartment consists of two rooms, modern open plan kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher, steam oven etc; a bathroom with daylight, shower, toilet and bidet, as well as a large balcony of 17 m2 with electric sunblinds. The finishes are: floors and bathrooms of Terratinta Ceramics (StoneDesign Chalk Matt); Poggenpohl kitchen (Teak Quartz white colored quartz countertop: Living Rialto). A private washing machine and a private dryer in a shared laundry room as well as a private cellar room (6 m2 with electric light and socket-outlet for wine refrigerator or additional freezer) belong to the apartment. Extra-wide (3.4 m) covered parking place in underground garage is available for 150 CHF per month. The service charges for the flat include the costs for heating and hot water. Pets are possible by agreement.
