Hey du,

Wir suchen eine weibliche Person die Lust hat mein Zimmer von Mai bis September zu übernehmen und den Sommer hier zu verbringen :)

Mit dir würden Emine und Jana wohnen.
Emine (30) studiert Biomedizinische Labordiagnostik und ich habe sie als eine fröhliche und nette Mitbewohnerin erlebt.
Sie ist gern unterwegs, arbeitet neben dem Studium und geht regelmäßig zu Sportkursen vom ASVZ.
Ebenso wie Jana wird sie demnächst mit ihrer Bachelorarbeit anfangen, weshalb es in der WG vermutlich etwas ruhiger werden wird.

Jana (22) studiert fleißig Klima und Geowissenschaften aber ist dennoch meist für einen Plausch in Küche, Wohnzimmer oder Balkon zu haben.
In ihrer Freizeit ist sie ab und zu am gamen oder unternimmt Sachen mit ihre Freund.
An Wochenenden sind beide meist unterwegs, bei ihren Freunden und manchmal sind diese hier.

Generell sind wir eher keine Party WG und haben durch die Uni meist einen mehr oder weniger festen Tagesablauf.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG, machen jedoch auch keine festen Termine aus an denen wir gemeinsam Dinge machen und legen Wert auf ein freundliches und soziales Miteinander :)

Die Wohnung:
Das zu vermietende Zimmer misst 13 m² und ist das grösste der 3 Zimmer.
Folgende Möbel befinden sich im Zimmer :
- Ikea Bett Malm (140×200)
- Ikea Kommode Malm
- ein kleiner Schreibtisch (Micke)
- Regal

Das Wohnzimmer und insbesondere die Couch läd zum verweilen ein und im Sommer lässt es sich auch wunderbar den Tag auf dem Balkon verbringen.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ausserdem ein Keller und ein Estrich Abteil welche du Mitbenutzen kannst.
Eine Waschmaschine gibt es in dem gemeinsamen Waschkeller.

Die Lage:
Zwischen Schwamedinger Platz und Stettbach, nur wenige Meter unterhalb des Züriberg. Innerhalb von 5 min bist du zu Fuß beim Coop oder den Haltestellen Probstei (Linie 7), Hirzenbach (Linie 9) oder Luchswiesen (Linie 9 , 61,787), oder nach 10 min in Stettbach.
Innerhalb von 20 Minuten geht's mit der 7 oder 9 bis zum HB.
Mitm Velo bist du in kurzer Zeit in Stettbach und nach ca 35 min am HB/ Limmat.

Die Miete:

Die Miete beträgt 868 Chf inkl. Nebenkosten und alle 3 Monate kommen ca 18-25 chf für den Strom dazu.
Die Kaution beträgt 2188 Chf.

First of all: The room is limited, from May to the end of September (or the end of October by arrangement) and we are only looking for a FEMALE resident!

Hey you,

Emine and Jana would live with you. Emine (30) is studying biomedical laboratory diagnostics and I have found her to be a cheerful and nice flatmate. She likes to be out and about, works alongside her studies and regularly goes to sports courses run by the ASVZ. Just like Jana, she will soon start her bachelor's thesis, which is why things will probably be a little quieter in the flat.

Jana (22) is studying climate and geosciences but is still usually up for a chat in the kitchen, living room or balcony. In her free time, she occasionally plays games or does things with her boyfriend. At weekends, both of them are usually out and about, with their friends and sometimes they are here.

In general, we are not a party flat and because of the university we usually have a more or less fixed daily routine. We are not a purely functional flat share, but we also do not make fixed dates for doing things together and we value a friendly and social atmosphere :)

The apartment:
The room for rent measures 13 m² and is the largest of the 3 rooms.

The room comes with
- a bed (Ikea, Malm, 140×200)
- a wardrobe (Malm)
- a cupboard
- a small Desk (Micke)

The living room and especially the couch invite you to get cozy and in summer you can also spend a wonderful day on the balcony.
The apartment also has a cellar and an attic compartment which you can share.
There is a washing machine in the shared laundry room.

The location:
Between Schwamedinger Platz and Stettbach, just a few meters below the Züriberg. Within 5 minutes you can walk to the Coop or the Probstei (line 7), Hirzenbach (line 9) or Luchswiesen (line 9, 61,787) stops, or after 10 minutes you can be in Stettbach.
The 7 or 9 takes you to the main station in 20 minutes.
By bike you can get to Stettbach in a short time and to the main station/Limmat in about 35 minutes.

The rent:

The rent is 868 CHF including additional costs and every 3 months you have to pay about 18-25 CHF for electricity.

The deposit is 2188 CHF.
