The room is available from 01.04.2025 onwards.
The room is 15m2 in a spacious shared apartment of 4 people, including you :). The room is unfurnished. The apartment is located in Hongg close by Werdinsel and the Limmat in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. It's really well connected to public transport with the tram 17 and 13 few minutes away by walk, the bus 80, 89 and 304 right at the door and connecting us with the Altstetten Banhof in 5 minutes.
We are 3 young professionals in their mid twenties and we would prefer a new roommate around that same age as well. To keep a good balance in the flat we would like to welcome a guy. We enjoy sharing the flat and spending quality time together so we would really like to find someone with whom we can connect with and have a great WG experience. We are definitely not looking for someone who's just looking for a cheap place to live.
We often spend time together in the living room—reading, listening to a vinyl, just chatting or sharing a meal. We like to go out from time to time and in summer we really enjoy having a brunch in the sun on the balcony or going to the Limmat to have a swim. We try to self-organize and believe that everyone is responsible for keeping the flat tidy, taking care of chores whenever they notice something needs to be done. We don't count or blame, but we do value a clean living space, which requires effort and willingness from everyone in the WG. So, we're looking for a considerate and tidy person who shares our values. :)
