**The room:** The room is ca. 10 m2 big, it's the smallest in the apartment though, perfect for someone who is organized, looking to have a room in Zurich during the week or if you are an exchange student who needs a cheap but cosy stay for a semester or a year. The flat is bright, renovated and has a balcony on which a little, wild garden is growing.
There is a common washing room with a shared washer and dryer (also drying room) for the whole building. We have our own washing day.

As part of moving in, there is a required deposit of 2,357 CHF, which you will get back when you move out.

**We are looking for:** We are looking for a third member for our homely flat in Oerlikon (preferably female). We are organized and clean, so we are looking for someone who shares and appreciates the same standards. Through living together, we have developed a friendship, which you are welcome to be part of, if that is what you are looking for! However, you can also just do your own thing, and that's also okay with us.

**About us:** Janina (29), an English and Math teacher, and Chiara (31) PhD in Linguistics. We both love to cook, drink Jasmin Tea, chat together in the evening and get excited about going to second-hand stores. Since we have gotten to know some people in Oerlikon and are on good terms with the neighbours as well, we like to host dinners from time to time, though we also both need our space and silence in our room.
Janina is a very open and communicative. Her background is quite varied: She grew up in Mexico, lived in the USA, has a German Passport, and enjoys living in Switzerland at the moment. On the weekends you can find her crafting and painting in the living room or watching a movie.
In summer, Chiara, a Zurich native, often goes over to her family garden to care of the tomatoes, which she turns into homemade sugo. Otherwise, she is into classical music, loves to cook and dance salsa whenever she finds the time.

At home we speak English, but we also speak German and Spanish (mostly Janina - Chiara's Spanish consists of "si" & "no") ;)
