Hi everyone! I'm Ewelina, 32 and I'm looking for a roommate to share my bright, panoramic apartment in Albisrieden (8047).

The Apartment
\- 3rd floor (with an elevator)
\- 3.5 / ~85m2 + 8m2 balcony
\- 2 separate bathrooms
\- Shared living and dining area (fully furnished with sofa, dining table, etc.)
\- Modern kitchen with a dishwasher, own washing machine and tumble dryer

Location
\- Quiet, green location near Triemli
\- Excellent public transport connections: trams 9, 14, buses 33, 67, 80 in a walking distance
\- 25 minutes from Zurich Main Station
\- Shops (Coop, Migros, Voi) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Your Room
\- 12.2 m² with wood flooring (room faces south)
\- fully furnished with a wardrobe, standing desk, shelf, and bed (foldable, can be used as a 1-person or double bed)
\- your own bathroom (not en suite)

Costs
\- 1,560 CHF per month (including electricity, fiber optic internet, etc.)
\- Deposit: 2 months rent

Move in date:
\- negotiable (early April or end of May/June)

About me
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, traveling, hanging out with friends, diy projects, cultural & art events and cooking. At home, I enjoy a calm and relaxed atmosphere, a good conversation, and an occasional meal together (I love cooking for others!). I like to keep it chill while respecting each other's spaces. Important for a flat share alignment: I'm vegetarian (classics made vegetarian way are another way for me to unleash the creative spirit!) and I'd strongly prefer to keep the flat that way. I very much like things to be neat and tidy. :)
I value good humor and open communication.

Who I am looking for
I'm open to sharing my space with anyone with a similar life approach; gender or age are not factors that matter to me. What matters is good vibe, communication, and aligning living preferences (e.g. around tidiness, keeping kitchen vegetarian). I'm seeking a considerate flatmate who values tidiness and peaceful living, while appreciating meaningful human connections.
