I am subletting my centrally located flat in Schmiede Wiedikon from April for 4 months until end of July or early August. Dates can be a bit flexible. The flat is completely furnished with high-quality furniture. It has a dormitory with queensize bed, 2 cubboards and a writing desk.

The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled in recent years. There is a dining table for 4-6 people, tv with Salt TV (200+ international channels - paid tv) included, wifi and a very sunny balcony.

There are 4 washing machines and tumblers in the basement with no washing plan.

There is a Migros (open until 9pm) right opposite of the flat, Coop is a 7-minute walk away and a Kiosk is to be found in the same building. The post office and train station at Bahnhof Wiedikon are 2 minutes by tram or 7 minutes by foot.

Tram number 9 and 14 are directly in front of the door and have great connections throughout the city at Stauffacher.

I do not ask for a deposit and all utilities are included in the monthly rental prices.
