Looking for a subletter for a 4,5 room apartment in Benglen, starting 28.04.2025 and for two months , with the possibility to take over as tenant as of 31.06.2025. The move-in date is flexible, we can discuss further if needed. You would need to pay 1'500CHF/month for the apartment, which includes an underground parking in the garage next door, and utilities ca. 150CHF/month. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a balcony. The apartment has a separate washing room with washer/dryer included, and one cellar room.
