Hi all!

We're renting a room in the flat out for the last six months of its availability (01.04.2025-30.09.2025) (710, Room 3) and aim to set up a lively and cheerful apartment that each of us eagerly enjoys being a part of. The flat is mostly furnished thanks to the tenants leaving, only a bed is needed for this room, which gives us the luxury of directly moving in. It is a big plus if we see each other getting along well to look for a flat together after this tenancy period finishes.

How I envision the flat vibe -
Sociable people who like spending evenings together after work/studies or hangout to destress from days, go for sports together, watching movies or spending evenings playing board games together with each and having friends/visitors over. Naturally a good balance of we-time and me-time. If you see this, start your application message with your favorite colour and why it is so special. Responsible and eager to maintain the apartment very tidy and clean.

Always a plus to be around people who'd be in for hikes, sports during the week, going for improv comedy or to dance your ass off in the club.

Whom you'd be living with -
Bhavesh, 27 y.o. phd student at ETH Zürich who values an extremely good balance of life at work and life outside. I would call myself a people's person and love to enjoy a cozy space you look forward to coming back home. I like to lend a good ear or jump into some deep talks, cooking together, going out to for storyslams, discussing books being read or having a long lazy brunch on the weekend. My partner comes visiting me as and when she can from her home country.

Daniel, a 23-year-old architect from Portugal, likes his home to be sociable, cozy, and full of good vibes! I love running (always up for finding new routes—maybe you have some favorites?), I'm a big fan of movies (slowly working through my ever-growing Letterboxd list), and I've recently started collecting vinyl. My music taste is all over the place, from Mac Miller and The Strokes to C. Tangana, but I'm always open to new discoveries. I also enjoy board games, coffee outings, and exploring new spots in the city.

Expectations-
Two non-smoking, pet-free, laid-back flatmates who would enjoy making a homely, tidy flat.
If you prefer a quiet apartment without any music or noise, this might not be your place. We are of course considerate of not blasting music at midnight on a weekday.

IMPORTANT: The flat comes with one responsibilty of taking care of the apartment furniture for all three of us at the end of our stay either to our (joint) new flat together or dispose it.

The selection process will be rapid given the date of move-in and my forthcoming travel. (Within a day or two)
