We are looking for the next renters of 3.5 rooms flat (82.5 sqm) located in Kreis 8, a few mins walk from Fröhlichstrasse stop. Lake is around 10 minutes away by foot as well as Tiefenbrunnen station. Opernhaus - 4 minutes by tram from the stop.
The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler. No balcony, but common garden area. Located on the 4.5th floor; especially living room is very bright. Elevator is available until 3rd floor.

Cellar - 8 sqm. The flat does not have underground parking, but there are blue zones by the house.
Was renovated in 2020, we were the first renters when we moved in.
