1 bedroom ground floor independent apartment with a Swiss chalet type decor (51m2 annex to a Villa where the owner stays) located in a nice residential area at Grand Saconnex- Cointrin and therefore very close to all international organizations with bus 5, 10 stop only short walking distance. Walking distance to GVA Airport and its train station, Palexpo, Migros, Coop and Balexert shopping mall. Ideal for 3-6 short term stays with renewable option upon mutual agreement. Apartment is only for usage of one person only, but occasional visits are ok. Basic furnishings in place. There is also a Piano!. There is no washing machine for the moment but possibility to use the machine at owner?s place once a week (except during vacation). Strict policy of no smoking inside. CHF 1,800 per month all inclusive (water, electricity assuming reasonable usage and wifi), no parking but this can be discussed if necessary. Photos available on request.
