Looking for a short term rental in a quiet area of Zurich? A room is available in large 115 m2 apartment in Greifensee, Zurich from 1st April 2025 to 31st December 2025. Dates are also flexible.

The room is fully furnished with everything you need for comfortable living. You also get your own private bathroom and shower. The room is in an apartment that offers spacious open plan-living room with dining area and modern kitchen. The is also a private washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment.

The apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood with a shopping centre 5 min walk away, the Greifensee-Nanikon train station is also located 5 minutes walk away and the serene Lake of Greifensee only 10 mins walk away. The apartment is only 30 mins away from Zurich HB by train.

The rent is CHF 1250 per month and is inclusive of rent and other bills such as electricity, internet and toiletries and cleaning detergents, etc.

The room is ideal for students (preferably PhDs/PostDocs) or young professionals.
