Hi, I'm looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Bern. The apartment will be free from 01.06.2025 but I will move out by middle of May. The move-in date can be arranged during this time. The apartment is in central location and have tram 9 and bus 19 directly in front of the entrance. The neighburghood is very friendly. I will upload more pictures later.
The apartment is 2.5 rooms with an area around 55m2. It has a spacious kitchen with gas stove and a large fridge. It is perfect for a single person or couples.
There are two einbauschrank in the apartment for spacious storage and the basement is spacious too.
If you would like to visit the apartment. The following dates are possible:
26.03.2025 18:00-19:00
13.04.2025 18:00-19:00
