Hey :)
Ab 01.04. wird bei uns ein tolles Zimmer in unserer 4er WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist Lichtdurchflutet und verfügt über einen privaten Balkon auf welchem du den ganzen Tag über Sonne hast.
Der auf dem Foto ersichtlichen Pult ist handgefertigt und fest verbaut. Dieser gehört zur Ausstattung des Zimmers dazu und kann gratis "übernommen" werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock unseres Einfamilienhauses wo du dir ein Bad mit zwei deiner Mitbewohner teilst (M23 & M25). Im EG gibt es noch ein weiteres Bad, welches benutzt werden kann.

Zu uns: Wir sind zwischen 23-27 Jahren alt und alle berufstätig (einer parallel im Studium). Die heimliche Chefin ist unsere WG-Katze Charlotte, die regelmässig Streicheleinheiten einfordert. Wir sind alle recht sportlich, dynamisch, humorvoll und immer für gute oder schlechte Konversationen zu haben.

Da uns in den letzten Monaten einige langjährige Mitbewohner verlassen haben, sind wir eine recht frische Konstellation. Bei uns herrscht eine freundschaftliche, aber ungezwungene Atmosphäre. Spiele- oder Filmabende sind immer willkommen.

Die Miete besteht aus 900.- (warm) und einem zusätzlichen a Konto Betrag von 70.- für die Instandhaltung des Gartens. Die bekommen wir aber wieder zurück, wenn er gepflegt bleibt.

Wir suchen: Jemanden, der mehr als nur eine Zweck-WG sucht. Du solltest keinen Putzfimmel haben, aber ein bisschen Ordnungssinn wäre gut. Es gibt auch viel Freiraum, das Haus und den Garten mitzugestalten.

On April 1st, a great room will be available in our four-person shared flat.
The room is flooded with light and has a private balcony where you can enjoy sunshine all day long.
The desk visible in the photo is handmade and permanently installed. It is part of the room's furnishings and can be "taken over" for free.
The room is on the first floor of our detached house, where you share a bathroom with two of your housemates (M23 & M25). There is another bathroom on the ground floor that can be used.

What the house has to offer:

About us: We are between 23-27 years old and all work (one of us is also studying). The secret boss is our flat-share cat Charlotte, who regularly demands attention. We are all quite sporty, dynamic, humorous and always up for good or bad conversations.

Since some of our long-term flatmates have left us in the last few months, we are a fairly fresh constellation. We have a friendly but relaxed atmosphere. Game or movie nights are always welcome.

The rent is 900 francs (including heating and other costs) plus an additional 70 francs for garden maintenance. However, we get this back if the garden is well looked after.

We are looking for: someone who is looking for more than just a functional shared flat. You shouldn't be a cleaning freak, but a little sense of order would be good. There is also a lot of freedom to help shape the house and garden.
