The flat is 10 minutes from Zürich main station by train, with a 4-5 minutes walk to Manegg train station.
It is still in the city, so you can travel usine the Zürich City Card (Zone 110).
The neighborhood is very quite, mainly consisting of families, not suitable for people looking for a party place.

I will leave the furniture in the flat, which includes:

* Table and chairs
* book shelf
* bed and wardrobe

Rent: 970.00 Fr./month
Internet: (wi-fi) 39.95 Fr./month
Electricity: 20.00 Fr./month
Serafe for 8 months in 2025= 220 CHF for the whole year
