Our fully furnished, beautiful 3.5 room apartment located only 5 min by train from Zurich main station located in a quiet area in 8045 Binz is available from April 15th for an unlimited period of time for subletting. The flat is next to the train station Binz S10 and bus nr 76 Binz Center and five minutes by foot from tram nr 5/13 at tram stop Laubegg and Bus 72 at Manesseplatz. Bakery (Buchmann) and grocery stores (Lidl, Denner) are around the corner and within 5 minute walk there is the Coop at Manesseplatz and Migros at Brunaupark and within 10 minutes is the big shopping center Sihlcity. Our flat is for sublet but comes fully furnished with the possibility to take the flat over in a few years. The furniture does not have to be bought but stays and a few of the furnitures can be agreed upfront to be removed. Both bedrooms have double beds which can be removed. The smaller room has a spacious built-in wardrobe and could also be used as an office. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kitchenaid, coffee machine and more. The bathroom has a tub and comes with a brand new toilet (renovated 2024). The flat is light flooded good amount of daily sunlight mornings in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and throughout the day in the living room and spacious balcony. The washing machine and tumbler are shared between neighbours but are rarely used and can be booked upfront with a calendar. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. The rent price includes Nebenkosten (will be calculated semesterly/yearly according to the landlords invoice, meaning if you paid more than you used you get the calculated amount back or vice versa if you used more than you paid) as well as a cleaning staff for every two weeks. Serafe and EWZ costs are not included and have to be covered by tennant. Public parking spaces are available in the neighbourhood. Private parking spaces in front of the building can be booked upon availability by the management.
