I am looking for a new tenant for my 1 room and a half apartment, close to Hegibachplatz, where I have been living for more than 2 years.
The apartment is around 35 m2, is furnished with washing machine, dryer, modern kitchen, a small balcony.
There is a large south-facing window that makes for an ideal work-from-home setup.
The location is quiet and fairly well connected, howwever pets and loud musical instruments are unfortunately not appreciated.
All furniture is up for sale, at a 1100 CHF price.
Only apply if you are serious, willing to take over the rent from April 18, to purchase the heavy furniture at least, and able to prove a monthly income of at least 3 months of rent.
