Looking for a tenant to rent a room within a shared WG (with one other tenant). The size of the to-be-rented room is 16m2. The other roommate in the apartment owns a cat so possible tenants should be ok with living in the space with a cat. As the other roommate is female, we will only be considering female candidates. The space is in an ideal location for those that want to commute to ETH Hoenggerberg (less than 15 minutes by walking). As both previous tenants have purchased the furniture in the apartment, I would like to sell the furniture to the next tenant at a reasonable price.
