**Room available in a 2-person Shared Flat in Zürich Wiedikon from mid-April 2025**
As of 15th April 2025, a room will be available in our bright and modern 2-person WG in Wiedikon. You'll be sharing the flat with Ivan (38), who is a young professional in marketing and sales. He's Swiss-German and speaks fluently DE, EN and a little bit of Spanish. He's passionate for kitesurfing, travelling, meeting with friends and enjoying life.

* 2 bedrooms
* Living room
* Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher
* Bathroom
* Balcony
* Storage room
* Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
* Your room is 15m2, unfurnished (possibility to purchase the furniture in the pictures), with its own private balcony

**Location:**

* Wiedikon train station at walking distance
* Lochergut tram stop and bus 72 stop only at 200m
* Lidl, Coop and PureGym at 400m
* Ideally located at 150m from popular bars and restaurants

**Rent:**

* CHF 1'590 per person (including utilities and internet)
* Priority will be given to those willing to purchase the bedroom furniture at a price of 1'900 CHF (1 year-old, price non-negotiable): bed with storage, mattress and 5-door wardrobe.
* Deposit (kaution) of 4'000 CHF
