· 2 bathrooms with shower (the large bathroom renovated in 2016 and the small bathroom in 2020);

· 2 balconies;

· 1 cellar on the 4th floor;

· common laundry with communal washer and dryer on each floor;

· 2 outdoor car parking;

· Condominium lift (but the apartment has access from the car parking area);

Included in the price the use of the common spaces with fireplace to make the grill and stone table for outdoor lunches/dinners as well as a closed area on the ground floor where you can collect your bicycles.
