Room in shared flat from Monday to Friday, max saturday morning, 10 minutes on foot from the center of Lugano.

As title says, I have a room in shared flat, which I want to rent. I work and live in Zurich but I have a flat in Lugano. From Monday to Friday, I don't use the room. So I'm willing to rent it during the week. Ideal for students, week workers and frontaliers.

Available for visits from during the weekends
The rent is 400, including expenses, internet ( OF and Wi-Fi )and cleaning products. A lady comes. The flat is completely fournished.

The caution is 200 francs. I don?t accept swiss caution nor first caution. I ask at least a month of stay. But for temporary stays, I can computate every single day.
There are 2 men living here.
looking for quite, no smoking and not complicate people.
