The 4 ½ -room apartment is intended for persons with a primary residence in Davos. Occupancy is possible immediately – possibly minor renovations such as painting work may need to be planned beforehand.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a central, yet quiet location near the Congress Centre. Bus stop, shopping facilities, sports centre and indoor swimming pool are within walking distance.

The living room is bright and cozy. A glazed balcony with a view of the Jakobshorn allows you to sit "outside" even on cooler days.

The kitchen is separated from the living room and not too luxuriant.

The apartment includes three bedrooms with built-in cupboards. A parquet floor with underfloor heating provides a cozy warmth in the living room and bedrooms. There are two wet cells, one with a bathtub and an extra toilet with shower.

A parking space in the underground garage, a spacious cellar compartment and the ski room offer optimal infrastructure.
