Starting from early/mid-May (or upon agreement), a spacious room will be available in a cozy duplex apartment in Dietlikon/Brüttisellen.

It's very large and bright, thanks to a big window and a skylight that bring in natural light all day long. If you're interested, I can sell some furniture like the bed and wardrobe at a reasonable price.

?? The apartment
It's a duplex with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area, and a big, well-equipped kitchen—perfect for those who enjoy comfortable shared spaces.
There's also a balcony, a private basement storage room, and a shared laundry room (used by 6 apartments). Guest parking is available if needed.

Located in a peaceful and green area, just:
• 10 minutes on foot from Dietlikon station
• 5 minutes from Brüttisellen Zentrum bus stop, which gets you to the station in just 2 minutes
• Two bus stops away from major shopping centers
• Within walking distance to Coop, Denner, and a pharmacy

You'll be living with Alex, Alessandro, and Flo—friendly and easygoing guys. We speak Italian, English, and French in the WG, so communication is never an issue!
