**Looking for a Female Flatmate!**
Hi! We are looking for a **female flatmate** to share a cozy and clean flat in Oerlikon. It's a three-person shared flat, and the room is available immediately. Rent is around 960 per month (including all utilities), and the minimum rental time is one year.

**About the flat and room:**
The flat is fully furnished, peaceful, and in a great location.

* furniture (bed with mattress, armchair, wardrobe, TV, desk with chair)
* fast internet access (glass fibre)
* fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave)
* bathroom with shower (shared)
* storage room in the basement and laundry room (shared)

* ETH main building (20 mins, tram), Irchel campus (10 mins, tram), ETH Hongg (20 mins, bus)
* Excellent public transport connections:

**Your Future Flatmates:**
We are Vishnu (F, 25) and Beatriz (F, 26). Vishnu is studying at ETH, and Beatriz is working at Kinderspital. We both have busy schedules, but we occasionally like to spend time together—cooking dinner or having a drink—but we very much respect personal space.

**Who We're Looking For:**
Someone in their twenties (or early thirties), who's open-minded, considerate, and values cleanliness. Preferably someone who **doesn't need the address for city registration** (since our landlord is also registered with the flat). If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you!
