Because of a stay abroad we rent our beloved single-family dream home from September 1st 2025 to June 2027. It is fully furnished (or partly/non-furnished as per request) and in top condition. Here are the most important facts:


• Detached house with large terrace and small garden
• 5.5 rooms; three wet cells; gallery
• Fantastic architecture; open kitchen; fireplace
• Double garage, wine cellar, laundry room
• Net floor area 227 m2, total area 553 m2
• The house is fully furnished. Partly or non-furnished also possible.
• Kindergarten, school, big Migros, Denner, drugstore, tram stop: everything within 5 minutes walking distance; five minutes' drive to the highway

The monthly net rent is CHF 3'300.- and the additional costs amount to approx. CHF 600.- per month (CHF 3'900.- monthly flat fee). There is a minimum rental period of one year and a notice period of three months applies afterwards.
