**??? Les chambres**
Chambre 1 – dispo début juillet : deux pièces (chambre + bureau)
Chambre 2 – dispo début septembre : grande et lumineuse

?? **Les espaces communs**: grand salon super lumineux, salle à manger, cuisine équipée, terrasse avec jardin, petit balcon, salle de bain (avec WC) à partager avec Jade, WC séparé, buanderie et garage à partager avec les voisins.

?? **Tu partageras l'appart avec**
• **_Johan_** (il, 27 ans) – sciences du sport, chill et sportif, fan de vélo, non-fumeur, parle FR/EN/DE

On aime partager des repas, discuter, et garder un bon équilibre entre moments communs et espaces perso. Convivial sans être envahissant ! ?

• Room 1 – available early July: two spaces (bedroom + office)
• Room 2 – available early September: spacious and bright.

?? **Shared spaces**:Bright and cozy living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden, small balcony, bathroom (shared with Jade), separate toilet, laundry room, and garage shared with neighbors.

?? **You'll be sharing the apartment with:**
• **_Johan_** (he/him, 27): Sports science, chill and sporty, bike lover, non-smoker, speaks FR/EN/DE.
• Jade (she/her, 25): Clinical neuroscience, hiking & lindy hop, celiac, non-smoker, speaks FR/EN.
We love sharing meals, chatting, and maintaining a nice balance between communal moments and personal space. Friendly without being intrusive! ?
