Hi all,

I am looking for someone to takeover my room in this large 4-people shared flat on 1 June 2025 (starting date not flexible). The flat is on the top floor, has a large own terrace, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The room relatively large and comes furnished, at CHF 1300 including all charges (internet, electricity, etc.). Flexible renewable sub-rental contract, 6 months minimum.

Three males currently live in the flat, all young professionals. Relatively quiet atmosphere.

Calm neighborhood yet very well connected to city center by bus/tram/train.
