I am looking for a new tenant for the studio apartment in Brauerstrasse that I lived in for the last years. It is truly a gem of a small home in Kreis 4. A big window front bathes the apartment in sunlight in the afternoon. There is no tenant above you and i never had any issues with noisy neighbours or similar.

I have a small amount of furniture and some smart lights that I would like to sell for a very fair price and only because I am moving far away. We are talking about a few hundred franks.
