Hey hey,

I am looking for a person or a couple to rent the bigger room of my apartment from mid July 2025. I will be traveling around the world. I will keep renting the small room and live there six months per year. The rest of the time, the whole apartment will be yours, more or less.
Located in Witikon 8053 Zurich, far enough from the city to be close to nature and close enough to have good public transport connections. It is a quiet living area and only minutes away from a beautiful forest.

* Connection to Zurich HB: 20 min direct bus
* Connection to Zurich Stadelhofen: 15 min, night bus included

Coop and Migros are within walking distance.
The apartment has 3.5 rooms: a master bedroom, a guest room or working room (this will be my room), and a big living room. There is a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony with seating. It is a non smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
Ideal for either a couple or a single person. Comfortable chairs, good lighting, and a library are available.
Not Included:

* Wifi approx. 40 CHF per month
* Electricity approx. 20 CHF per month

Dates are flexible by a few days.

Ich suche eine Person oder ein Paar, das das grosse Zimmer meiner Wohnung ab Mitte Juli 2025 mieten moechte. Da ich viel reise, werde ich das kleine Zimmer mieten und dort sechs Monate pro Jahr wohnen. Die restliche Zeit gehoert die Wohnung mehr oder weniger Ihnen.
Ich wohne in Witikon 8053 Zurich, weit genug von der Stadt entfernt um in der Natur zu sein und nah genug um eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zu haben. Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und nur wenige Minuten von einem schoenen Wald entfernt.

* Anbindung nach Zurich HB: 20 Minuten direkter Bus
* Anbindung nach Zurich Stadelhofen: 15 Minuten, Nachtbus inklusive

Coop und Migros sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat 3.5 Zimmer: ein Elternschlafzimmer, ein Gaestezimmer oder Arbeitszimmer (das wird mein Zimmer) und ein grosses Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Kueche, ein Badezimmer und einen geraeumigen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Ideal fuer Paare oder Einzelpersonen. Bequeme Stuehle, viel Licht und eine Bibliothek sind vorhanden.
