Looking for someone to take over the main lease as I am moving out in the middle of June.

There also is the option of splitting the apartment (and rent!) with my current room mate Samuel (Male, 28, super quiet, very tidy). He is rarely at the apartment (1-2 per week, sometimes gone over many weeks) and basically never uses the kitchen. --> This is not a must, if you prefer to take over the whole apartment by yourself, this is no problem.

We would have to sit down and coordinate / discuss the moving out, also regarding the coordination with transfering my responsibilities to the landlord to you. Moving out date would be around 15th - 17th June.

The land lord requests a deposit of 3x monthly rent when moving in, this can also be covered by rental deposit insurance.
