My room (Room 1 in the pictures) is being vacated in the middle of May because I will be moving away for work. There are two other people who live in the apartement - Nici \[24M\] and Jason \[31M\]. Soon another room (Room 2) will be available because Nici is moving out as well in summer. So you might have a choice of room later on.

The apartment has:

* fully equipped **kitchen** (incl. dishwasher)
* large **living room** (projector instead of TV)
* furnished **balcony**
* two **bathrooms**
* **parking space** in the underground garage
* **washing machine** and **dryer** in the building
